Aby is a non-target school student and have a hard time acing offers from superday. She met with Pivotpath at her sophomore year and eager to break into wall street. She has a few regional internships in AM, VC and Banking and can get some interviews from small to mid-size firm.

2 Months to Top 1 Japanese Bank
Susan gets a summer internship to top1 Japanese bank at her sophomore year. Our mentor craft susan's resume from sands to a persuasive, motivated candidate. Through 2 months, 3 mentors trained Susan technicals from financial concept, interview questions, day to day shadows and practice cases step by step, developing a strong foundation to overcome interview uncertainties.
At Superday, Susan is the only one out of 20 to receive offers and ends her recruiting early than her peers.

Non-Tech Student breaks in Fintech in 3 months
Citrus is a senior at 100 ranked public university with little background in tech or finance, while he spent most of college in operational side hustle and maintaining GPA.
PivotPath Mentors soon picked up a role fit his background within big tech firms, project management role. Then, our mentors shadowed him responsibilities, day to day functions, skillset needed and development opportunities, pointed to Citrus where and how his background fits in this position, crafted motivation stories etc,. Also, our mentors advise him application strategies given such an intensive timeline, and bring in referral opportunities.
At the end of the day, Citrus climbs to a 10B valued New York Boutique fintech company.
